Very tiny furnished room in Willesden Green

We have a room coming up at our Edwardian house soon.

It is a very, VERY tiny furnished room with a single bed, a cupboard and some shelves. There is literally no room for anything else much. It does have a big window at one end that opens out onto a tiny private terrazza that you can use (more in) the summer. The terrazza can be seen in the house photo - it's above the entrance, and the high window is behind it. No smokers please.

Stephanie was there for 7 years. To be honest - I don't know how she stood it that long! Umberta was there for 2 years. Shane 2 years.

If you are for example only in London Mon - Fri and need a bed only then this could be the room for you! But even if you are not, it is a large flat and there is a nice lounge room.

Our house is a five minute walk from Willesden Green Tube Station (Zone II Jubilee Line) and has a shared kitchen and a really nice lounge room that looks out over gardens and trees. There is a small garden out front too that comes with the flat.

There are loads of shops within a few minute's walk - a really nice little Co-op that we use. There are endless transport options.

There is of course a main bathroom that you share with two of your three professional flatmates use. It is a relaxed and rather quiet household. They are professionals in their 30 and 40s.

The room is £575 pcm and the bond is £575. This includes all bills (council tax), broadband and Sky+. Everything.

You need to stay a minimum of 6 months, but of course after then if you give a full month's notice that's fine.

I am the landlord, and my partner and I live downstairs and/or away.
