Large double room and small boxroom single room available. The house has a good sized modern kitchen with lots of cupboard storage, a gas hob and oven, dining table, two fridges, and a new washing machine. There is also a living room with a tv, and a garden. We have a modern efficient boiler which provides central heating and hot water. The house has two bathrooms. We have friendly neighbors on both sides of the house and the street is a pleasant and quite. The house is clean and tidy, a cleaner comes once every week. I am an existing tenant looking for a mature clean and well behaved person to share my home. The bills are between £30 and £60 per month for electricity and gas. Other bills paid by landlord.
