Hello, we're offering two single rooms in our shared house located near Cricklewood / Gladstone Park.

Single Room: £500 per month
Cosy yet comfortable single room
Available on 1st September

With all bills included.

The rent is payable monthly, and we request a month deposit.

We also offer: WI-FI connection and weekly cleaning of the common areas and general maintenance.

This is a house to make friends and feel in community, everyone is mature and respectful, hence we would like to find a likeminded housemate.

Some technical matters:
Located 12-15 mins walk from the Willesden Green tube station, in zone 2, it has wooden floor throughout and features:
- Two full bathrooms, a toilet and an extra shower room
- Main large fully equipped kitchen, and smaller fully equipped kitchen
-A lounge/dining with a dining table, couch and TV,
-Washing machine and dryer
-And a beautiful garden.
