Hello!

We are three current flatmates/friends who are looking to find a fourth person to come and live with us in our lovely four-bedroom flat. We moved into the house 10th August 2020 and currently hold a 12 month lease until August 2021 but potential to extend beyond this date. The room is available from the 22nd of March.

About the house:
This house is honestly lovely – lots of natural light and very spacious. There’s a large lounge that gets a lot of sunlight, a big kitchen and a dining area within the kitchen and a large roof terrace (amazing in summer!) The bathroom has recently been renovated plus the hallway carpets and the carpet in the advertised bedroom were replaced just prior to move-in.

The bedroom available has a double bed with good storage including a dresser, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is a loft in the top level for further storage where you can keep any extra items such as suitcases, etc.. or if you needed to switch out any of the furniture if you have your own. As the smallest bedroom in the house the rent is the cheapest but it's honestly still a decent size by London standards!

About the area:
The house is a 5-minute walk (0.3miles) to Willesden Junction station, which has the Bakerloo underground line as well as three overground train lines. The road the house is on is set back from the main road and is surprisingly quiet. There’s a local pub within a 5 minute walk away, but given it is so well connected the real draw is the ease to explore nearby areas such as Queens Park and Hampstead Heath.

About the flatmates:
We are three females aged between 30 and 32. A good mix of nationalities – one Brit, one Canadian and one New Zealander. We are in different professions including finance, teaching and emergency services. We really enjoy spending time together whether exploring London, lounge-room yoga sessions (a hit during lockdown!), going to the theatre/gigs and the odd glass of wine in the evenings.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and tidy and basically just a good fit within the flat.
