A light, spacious and comfortable house, with lovely features. Large garden and close to transport links and amenities.

Shared spaces include: fully equipped eat-in kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher) with access to the garden, a separate washing room with hanging space, a front room (not pictured because it's still mid-redecoration), a large bright bathroom and a second toilet/shower.

The house is well located for transport, approximately 5-10 mins walk from Willesden Junction Station (zone 2) with three overground lines to Euston, Stratford/Richmond, Kew and ClaphamJunction, and the Bakerloo line running directly into central London. 18, 220 and 187 bus stops are minutes away.

Within easy walking/cycling distance are the shops, restaurants and pubs of Queens Park, Notting Hill, Kensal Rise, Harlesden, and Westfield. There are 3 parks/open spaces nearby, and easy access to the Grand Union Canal towpath.

All bills included: Community Fibre broadband, electricity/gas (Octopus renewable + smartmeter pending), water, council tax (Band E).

I'm looking for friendly housemates with experience sharing a home, so that things like cleaning, not making noise late in the evening (unless we're all involved), and generally being pleasant to live with, are a given. I enjoy a catch up in the kitchen, a drink/meal, but also like my own space - like most people I imagine!
