Double room in 2 bed grdn flat near tube with dog

Short term let, from Oct 26th for three months. Or sooner move in apart from 13 to 26th of Oct, reflected in rent.

Reasonably priced room - all bills included - in a nice flat, with one flat mate and a great dog.

The room is a reasonable size, but not huge. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and desk and can get a wardrobe if wanted. All fits easily. The flat is quite spacious with a big shared living room and decent size kitchen/bathroom, as well as a work in progress garden!

The furniture in the bedroom isn't all in the picture as not updated the pictures, but room ready to move into. The flat is on a quiet street with no through traffic.

The flat has great transport links. It is about 3 minutes walk from Harlesden station (Bakerloo line and overground to Euston) and 10 minutes walk to Willesden Junction station, which has lots of routes. There are lots of bus routes nearby.

The canal is a few minutes away with a nice pub with waterside seating and Harlesden town center is about a 10 minute walk. There are a number of corner shops/takeaways at the end of the road.

It is about a 15-minute walk to Central Middlesex Hospital. Harlesden hasn't got loads to do, but it has its own character and it is close to lots of other areas with more things going on.

I’m studying as well as working, so I’m quite busy and out quite a lot, so it’s a pretty chilled space. The flat will be a shared space and I hope it will feel like a home to whomever moves in. There isn't a TV in the living room, as more of a reading/chilling space, but obvs fine to have one in the bedroom.

I like reading, socialism, psychoanalysis, cycling and yoga. I'm interested in all things equality, fiction of all sorts and lots of genres of music. I’m very open-minded and pretty easy going I hope. LGBTQ+ applicants very welcome.

As above, I'm open to part time let at reduced rent, say Mon to Fri if wanted.
