Two double rooms & a single in Willesden Junction

My name is Anna-Klara and I’m a twenty year old student living in a five bedroom house.
One of the rooms upstairs is being rented by a twenty-two year old woman, she is polite and tidy.
There are two rooms available; for £480 p/m each.
There are two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a big garden.
We also have an outside space in the garden to do your laundry, exercise and sit.
We have Virgin WiFi, a washing machine and a dryer, included.
We do not allow pets unfortunately.
We’re also non-smokers but don’t mind smoking flat mates, as long as they do it outside in the garden.
We live minutes away from Willesden Junction Station but you won’t hear any train sounds.
We‘re close to several cafes, as well as restaurants and fast food shops.
For groceries, we have a Tesco and an Iceland, as well as multiple vegetable grocers and a Holland & Barrett.
We also use a gas and an electric meter that we top up weekly.
