Large double bed; well connected; w/ living room

I am renting the bigger room of my flat. No agent fees or intermediaries as I am the house owner - a 29yr-old economist, the other. I am outdoors almost every day and looking for like-minded flatmate - with an active life and respecful of each other's space but also looking for a friend. Me and the other tenant are both gay/bi men.

The bedroom on offer has a large queen sized bed and a tall south-facing sash window, overlooking the back garden. Includes a desk, hanger and shelves but there's no TV (super ok if you want to bring it in!). The house features a large living room with a big TV separated from the kitchen (which is south facing with a table that gets amazing sunlight), with a big TV. Toilet is separated from the bath room (one each).

The house occupies the two upper floors of a three-storey Victorian house. Neighbours are a virtually noiseless couple and the street mostly quiet. The bedrooms are over two different floors (the other flatmate lives in the upper floor, I sleep in the living room, the one for rent is in the split level first floor and is the main bedroom, giving more privacy).

The neighbourhood is between gentrified Kensal Green (and its cute cafes and delis) and buzzy/convenient Harlesden, steps away from Willesden Junction (four overground lines and the Bakerloo tube, 24/7 bus services). There is also a 24hr grocer/off-license one block away.

£1000pcm plus bills (all, including fibre broadband, come at around £75, including band C council tax).
