There is a private garden with decking, grass and an outside power source.
There is a storage room and loft space for storage needs.
The flat is centrally-heated by a new Worcester-Bosch combi gas boiler (Gas safety certificate available upon request)
There is Virgin broadband internet connection at a boosted 200Mbps.
The flat is served by a Ring Pro 2 video doorbell.
A new fusebox has been installed and a recently passed EICR certificate is available upon request.
