The room is suitable for one person and includes a double bed, desk, storage, wall-mounted TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix. It also benefits from its own private kitchenette area with a fridge. Other appliances include an oven/grill, toaster and microwave. (note the kitchenette is also used as a laundry)

The bathroom is shared with my daughter, and laundry facilities, including a tumble dryer, are available. All household bills, including Netflix and council tax, are included in the rent.

The property is well connected by London Overground, station Willesden Junction, the Bakerloo line, and several bus routes such as 220, 226 206, 187 and the 18 bus. You can walk to Willesden Junction station in 10 mins.

This is a calm, owner-occupied household and would suit a considerate student or working professional looking for a peaceful place to live. A cat also lives at the property.

Please note that the room is for single occupancy only. Overnight guests and regular visitors cannot be accommodated.
