We are 3 students currently about to take on a new tenancy in a 4 bed house and are looking for 1 or 2 flatmates to fill vacant rooms.
If we are able to find one flatmate the rent will be £220pw split evenly (this can be discussed for fairness) in a double room.
If we are able to find two flatmates the rent will be £165pw split evenly (again can be discussed for fairness as not all rooms are the same) and the rooms are a double and a single.
