Lovely spacious room available in NW10

I am moving out of my wonderful house and looking for someone to fill by the end of October/mid-November. The flat has four other flatmates (Vicki (30), Rose (31), Arls (26) and El (26)) and the house cat Lumos.

The room comes furnished with a bed, set of drawers and a wardrobe. The room is big enough to fit a desk in if you are a home worker. You will be sharing the middle floor bathroom with two other flatmates.

We are a chill but fun household. Together we go to concerts/theatre shows together and have also participated in the odd pub night or club night depending on the mood. The other flatmates are looking for someone who will fit this vibe, but also someone who doesn't mind having their own time to themselves. We are also big on reading, watching reality tv together in the lounge and catching up when we make dinner.

The living room is huge, as is the kitchen. There is some available extra storage under the stairs too that can be utilised if needed. There is also a back garden that gets very good sun during the summer season.

We are an LGBT+ household and looking for someone who is either an outspoken ally or LGBT+ themselves. We have been in the property since March 2021 and have had no issues - ideally the current flatmates want to stay on and sign for another year on the lease when the current lease ends in March 2025.

At the moment we are planning viewings for Oct 5th and Oct 19th (tbc). The others have also said they can consider viewings on alternative week nights, but this will be decided on by them. Please send me a message if you are keen with a bit about yourself and I will pass on :)
