A clean and tidy furnished single room with private shower room (a proper shower, not an electric one). Shared living room and kitchen/ diner.

There is a TV aerial in the room should you wish to have your own TV.
Will consider a weekly cleaner (optional extra).

Travel options:
We are well connected by bus, tube and overground.
- 5-10 minute walk from the tube stations Willesden Junction (Zone 2 Bakerloo, Lioness and Mildmay Overground)
- Harlesden (Zone 3 Bakerloo and Lioness Overground).

Lioness Line 5 stops to Euston.
Bakerloo Line 6 stops to Paddington
Mildmay 1 stop to Westfield Shopping Centre at Shepards Bush (central line) or 6 stops to Hampstead Heath.

If you are a cyclist, we are less than 5 mins cycle from the Grand Union Canal which gives you a direct cycle route into Westbourne Grove, Little Venice and Paddington Basin.

The area:
We are 10 mins walk from the bustling high street with its amazing selection of world foods and eateries including Brazilian, Eritrean, Portuguese, Caribbean, Somali, Afghan, West African as well as @nillyflowers_social with their Friday night Sri Lankan supper club and the wonderful @rumiscave with authentic Malaysian cuisine from @nasibungkuslondon.

We are a 15 mins walk from the beautiful Victorian park, Roundwood, with its welcoming community cafe, outdoor gym and sports courts.
We are a 15 mins walk from Central Middlesex Hospital.

The household:
We are a multicultural, multi-faith household, born and raised in London. We have a rescue cat and a dog. We have shared care of our 14 year old son who is with us 40% of the time. Our other son is away in the north at University. You must be family friendly and come with references and preferably be DBS checked.

The rules:
Single occupancy. No overnight guests.
No pork, alcohol or peanuts (due to allergy).
If you use our utensils then kosher or halal meat only please.
Deposit and one month’s rent in advance.
Rent to be paid by Standing Order.

Rental agreement is subject to contract.
