Room in Cosy Home

Hi, I’m Riqo (27) and I’m moving out at the end of November and looking for someone to take over my room - either for sub-let or taking over my contract.

My two lovely flatmates (30 and 31) have been living here for 2 and a half years and both did their Master’s together in Science Media Production at Imperial College London. They often hang out together – playing video games, watching TV, or socialising – and you’d be more than welcome to join in!

As I said, the room is also available on a sub-let basis. This is from 22nd November to 11th January, although these dates are very flexible, especially the end date.

If you're interested in a tenancy take-over, the contract runs until beginning of April, with the potential of extending for another year.

We’re about a 10-minute walk from Willesden Junction station, which has the Bakerloo line and multiple Overground lines (Lioness and Mildmay). You can get to Euston in roughly 25 minutes door-to-door via the Overground.

Bills are not included but come to around £100 per person per month.
