Looking to sublet for at least 7 months with a possibility of extending/taking over the tenancy.
It’s a 10min walk from Willesden Junction Station (Bakerloo and Overground) and close to the high street which has plenty of buses and a big tesco amongst other handy shops!
You’ll be sharing the house with 3 girls who are all young professionals who mainly do their own thing. So perfect for someone who values comfort and calm. There is a communal kitchen (you get your own mini fridge in the kitchen) dining room/lounge and also a garden.
You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the girls (bath and shower). I will be taking pretty much all of my stuff but all the furniture is staying so you will have plenty of space to make the place your own!
P. S the room is ground floor and has the WiFi box in it so it’s very speedy 😎
