Hi!
I'm moving out of my lovely flat, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy from end-October until the contract ends in March 2026 (with possibility to extend). The flat is furnished and has 3 bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a lounge and kitchenette.
Room: The room has great natural lighting, and comes furnished with a double bed & mattress, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. As I'm trying to minimise stuff for when I move, I'm also happy to leave my side table, small single couch, and single wooden chair for free if you'd like to keep those, so you would only need to get a desk if you wanted one. There's plenty of storage space in the room itself, but you also have access to 2 attic storage cupboards if you need extra for suitcases and things!
Flatmates: You'll be living with two other lovely women in their mid-20s. They're both full-time professionals who do hybrid working. Both girls are clean, super welcoming, and always down for a chat and hang/the occasional flat night in (or out!) :)
Commuting: Both Willesden Junction Station (Bakerloo line, Mildmay Overground, Lioness Overground) and Harlesden Station (Bakerloo line, Lioness Overground) are 10-15 mins walk away, these will take you into central (i. e Paddington/Euston/Oxford Circus) in just 15-25 mins. Additionally, Willesden Green & Dollis Hill stations (both night tube Jubilee line) are a 15 min bus ride away.
Residential Amenities: The flat is located on a residential street, there’s a Tesco Superstore & Pound store 3 mins walk around the corner and an Iceland 5 mins walk away. You'll also be a stone's throw away from Harlesden High Street with all the standard shops (e. g. Superdrug, Holland & Barrett, Costa, Pharmacies etc.) and a 10 min walk from Roundwood Park.
Rent/Bills: The rent for the room is £805 pcm (a steal for rooms this size in Ldn!) and bills (water, council tax band C, wifi, gas/electric) come up to an additional £100-150 a month depending on the season!
About you: Due to existing flatmate preferences & agency references required, unfortunately this flat is only open to female tenants who are full-time working professionals (no guys and students sorry!).
