Spacious Attic Room 3 min walk to Bakerloo Line

Hello I'm Julia,

I work in film and currently working away from London, so looking or someone cute to sublet my room until March. I can be flexible with dates :) All the furniture in the room can be left for you to use.

The room is a massive attic bedroom with lots of privacy as you have your own staircase. The king size bed is very comfy with a new mattress.

The period house is stylish and big with a living room with TV, dining space, separate kitchen and cute garden.

We've just had a new boiler installed too so the house is super warm and cosy.

The rent will be £1000 as a package per month with bills included in that (water, gas and electric and internet). We do have a cleaner every 2 weeks as well which is £11.25 each not included in the above.

The fellow housemates are all professionals in the creative fields. They enjoy a good yap over good food in the kitchen, but are very hard working and focussed girlies, so it's not a big party house. We like to stay clean and tidy in the house. We are also big on communication, so if anyone has a worry or concern about something in the house, we like to feel that it is a safe space to voice it.

One of the best things about the house is that it is a 2 min walk to Willesden Junction Station and about 25 mins from Oxford Circus on the Bakerloo Line! It feels super safe to get home at night.
