Large Double - Willesden Junction (Women Only)

Hi everyone!

We have a large South West-facing master bedroom in an all female house that is becoming available from the mid/end of September!

Note: We are not doing viewings until the 13 of August earliest (as most of us are away before then).

The room is spacious and bright. Rent is £590 p/m before bills (usually £120/£140 p/m). The room includes a memory foam bed, drawers and a wardrobe. The current housemate is moving abroad so she is happy to cheaply sell other furnishings too.

The house is a Victorian terraced house, close to Willesden Junction station (Zone 2/3) which is a few minutes walk away with Mildmay, Lioness line, and Bakerloo line. It is also very close to high street with shops, gym and cafes. The house itself is spacious and includes a large communal lounge, a newly renovated good-sized kitchen, a garden as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower and a separate toilet downstairs.

As a house, we are chilled and enjoy gaming, chatting, sporadically gardening and eating together. We are diverse group with variety of routines. Lucy is a hijabi who loves cooking, studied Architecture, is learning Arabic and now works from home. Amy is a tailor who like to think she a gym girl and loves to cook excessive amounts of noodles. Miki is obsessed with cats and volunteers in an animal shelter (Sadly she doesn't have a cat). She currently works in London Transport Museum and likes reading, art, and gaming.

We are looking for someone friendly, who would occasionally like to join us hanging out. We have all lived here for more than 2 years, so we are looking for someone who is after something more long-term. We don't really drink so we would like someone who fits in with that. As one of us is hijabi, we would also prefer no overnight male guests. We like to share cleaning responsibilities and have a weekly cleaning rota.
