I am moving in with my partner next month and I am seeking someone to take over the licence to occupy (NB this means it is not a tenancy). Details of the property are below.

Financials:
- The rent is £1328 per month (inclusive of all bills), due on the first of each month - which is incredibly cheap for a zone 2 studio.
- There is a security bond/deposit of £1328.
- There is a fee for transferring the licence of £300.
- The licence will run until April 2027 but can be renewed for a longer term and can be assigned again.
