Really Nice Room Available/ Friendly Shared House

This is a very relaxed friendly shared house that is clean and nicely presented with patio garden and large kitchen diner where housemates share a coffee or a glass of wine. There is a lovely little room which is available at £580 per month and a large room with a little sink in corner which is £700 per month. ALL the bills and unlimited broadband are inclusive. The rooms are available from the 1st March for 4 months.
Everybody in the house is a professional including Housing Manager/Musician, Chemist, stage manager Do come and have a look if you are interested. DO CALL MY MOBILE PHONE for a chat and or send me a text as I am slow to pick up messages online! The only rule of the house is that people clean up after themselves which is working very well. We occasionally hire a cleaner to do a major clean of all communal areas in the house to keep on top of it. It is pretty relaxed generally really. Viewings to start this week
