One spacious double room at £850 inclusive of all bills, including a shared bathroom (sharing with 1 other) available now in the most spacious and clean home. Room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, draws and bedside table.
Each communal area is easy for socialising and very homely. Back garden is beautiful with large gas BBQ. Separate utility room for washing and drying clothes. We also have a virgin pure filtered water machine fitted in kitchen, Ice machine, Sky, 49 inch LG smart tv, internet, cleaner, electric and gas, insurance, council tax all included in rent. Large fridge and separate freezer for space. Plenty of kitchenware and storage for each person. Double front door for extra security.
About the area:
Friendly neighbourhood on a quiet road. Close to many amenities and 7 min walk to Harlesden Bakerloo line (20 mins to oxford circus) and overground to Euston (only takes 13 mins). Also can walk to Willesden Junction. There is an amazing canal side pub (Grand Junction) a short walk away. We also have a parking space available. Front garden also.
