We’re looking for the 4th member of our 4 person community! We’ve got 3 friendly and sociable young professionals moving in at the beginning of January with the final room still free. Everyone’s passed the personality test so we can vouch that they’re great people but everyone will be moving in around the same time so you won’t have the pressure of joining a group of established friends.

The guys are sociable and ideally looking for someone to be part of the family and join communal dinners and a glass of wine etc but also happy to have someone who’s a bit more private - as long as you’re a nice human being!

HOUSE / LOCATION

Situated on a quiet residential street 3 minutes from Wilesden Junction station, the flat consists of the first and second floors of a recently renovated and beautifully furnished Victorian terraced house. The flat consists of an open plan kitchen/living room, shared bathroom, 4 bedrooms and an ensuite. There’s plenty of storage and the living room has French doors opening up to a beautiful view of a tropical garden below.

Harlesden is a bustling neighbourhood full of shops, cafes and local amenities. There are a couple of beautiful parks nearby to the house including Roundwood Park.

TRANSPORT

The house is 5 mins away from both Willesden Junction and Harlesden tube stations. Willesden Junction is a Zone 2 transport hub with access to the Bakerloo underground line as well as 2 x overground branches providing easy access to Central London, Shoreditch/East London, as well as beauty hotspots such as Richmond Park and Hampstead Heath.

Jess - 26 years old, English, working in Advertisement for the open university.

Kathy - 27 years old, just moved over from Ireland and is a social worker.

Will - 26 and also just moved over from Ireland!

BILLS

The rent is £700 per calendar month and this is ALL INCLUSIVE including council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV and broadband.
