I am moving out of my Double room in a beautiful 3 bed flat in central Wimbledon. The room is a large loft room, so very private with windows facing the back of the property, so there is minimal road noise.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk and chest of drawers; there is also plenty of space to hang up clothes as well. I have some furniture that I would be happy to leave as well (bedside tables, shoe rack etc.)

The flat is very spacious and has a large kitchen/dining room with French doors onto a big balcony that gets the sun all summer long, so great for BBQs or just chilling out in the sun. There is a large lounge room with Sky TV and Broadband. The flat has a separate shower room and bathroom/toilet, so getting ready in the morning is quite easy going.

My flatmates are English, professionals in their mid thirties working in Finance and Publishing. They live their own lives but are more than happy to have a chat and occasionally hang out when we are all home.

Wimbledon Station is 5 minutes walk, South Wimbledon tube is about 15 minutes walk away. The flat is close to all the shops on Wimbledon Broadway, but is down a residential road so its actually really quiet.

This flat would suit a clean, tidy professional. No couples.

We rent through an Agency (Touch Property Management) and there will be an fee for the incoming person. This is £120.
