Sunny Room In Wimbledon House

Our house is in a super convenient location situated in between both Raynes Park and Wimbledon stations. We are close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. There are great transport links into Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Kingston and Surbiton and of course the District line tube at Wimbledon!

We have a lovely sunny double bedroom with original stripped wooden floorboards. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The remainder of the house is also neutrally decorated with a shared kitchen and comfortable living room to relax in. There is a small, sunny, easily maintained patio garden and the house also benefits from two bathrooms.

You will be sharing with other friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to keep the house clean and and make the house homely so we're looking for someone similar to join us.

The rent is excluding bills and the equivalent of one months rent is required as deposit to secure the room.
