I am looking to rent a large double room in a beautiful home! The room has lots of natural light and comes fully furnished with double wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and large desk.
You will also have use of a recently refurbished kitchen, bathroom (with bath & on your own floor), large living area & patio - all with lots of character!

Included in the cost is a cleaner who will come twice a month to clean the communal areas & all other bills (water, electricity, council tax, electricity, gas) .

This beautiful pink house is located 5 mins walk from South Wimbledon Tube (Northern Line, zone 3) and Wimbledon Station (District Line, zone 3/Mainline railway) and has excellent transport links to the city including, Earlsfied, Clapham Junction & Vauxhall. It is close to all amenities and high street/ shopping centre with shops, cafes and restaurants. Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Tesco are all within 5 min walk. There are also a choice of 3 gyms & theatre a short walk from the home.

You will be sharing with myself- a young professional who works in luxury adventure travel in central London. I’m normally away every few months for a work trip so you will have the house to yourself then. I enjoy sailing, paddleboarding, barre/gym and cooking.

I’m looking for someone who is similar to me - someone who is chilled out and wants a home (and can’t afford to live alone!). Ideally you will have a place of work outside the house.
