Double room in fully furnished flat!!

Since my current flatmate is moving out at the end of November, I will need someone to share our great flat in Wimbledon/Wimbledon park, not too far away from Lidl which is great for your monthly food budget :).
The flat is really cosy and comfortable. It is fully furnished and fully equipped with kitchen accessories, 42'' Smart TV and everything you might need for a very nice life in London. The room itself is very nice and has an enormous wardrobe. In fact the entire wall is a big wardrobe.
The flat has a balcony so if you are a smoker it is really convenient. Myself I am not but most of my friends are so no issues whatsoever :).
The bills come up to approximately £130 per person!
I accept pets as well depending on the size :).
A little bit about myself - I am 30 years old , I am from Bulgaria and I have lived more than 10 years abroad travelling and working. I am very easy going, I do go out quite a lot with friends and family but I also like to chill at home, watch some Netflix or listen to records on my turntable.
The flat is super cosy and feels like a real home, and the only reason my current flatmate is leaving is because she's got a job opportunity in another city. I am very flexible with viewings, so give me a call to arrange one.
