Bright and spacious double room with ensuite available in terrace house in a quiet street. 10 min walk to Raynes Park and 3 min walk to Wimbledon Chase.

All the flatmates are young professionals working in various jobs, from teaching to project management. We're looking for someone who's easy to get on with, sociable, likes to hang out and have a chat, but also is respectful of private space and cleans up after themselves!

It's a spacious house, with a big living room/kitchen and large garden with shed for storage.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, book shelf, desk, small wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bills usually come in the beginning of every month and are around £90.
