Bedroom next to Cannizaro Park & Wimbledon Village

A double bedroom for £800 per month (including bills) in a lovely ground floor apartment next to the forest in a very beautiful and quiet road, and also very near Wimbledon Village. I can offer this room for less if you want to stay only Monday to Friday. I can also provide bed linen and towels, hangers, hairdryer etc.

The place also has a quiet and pretty back garden which you can walk into from the kitchen, and there is parking in the driveway but often it is taken up by the other residents, so you would be able to park with a permit in the street.

It is a 26 minute walk to the All England Lawn Tennis club and a 10 minute walk to the Wimbledon Village where there are many restaurants to choose from. You can also walk directly to the stunning Cannizaro Park from the house. There are some lovely pubs near the house.

Pets are welcome to roam the house and garden, but I may need to increase charge for getting a cleaner, if they are messy and dropping a lot of hair. There is a black cat who lives in the building and who walks around the garden sometimes. You can take the 200 bus right next to the house to the Wimbledon Station and be there in 5-8 minutes.

I am currently working from home. I keep this place as clean as I can, so its important to me to live with someone who also likes to clean up after themselves and who finds that important.
