The house is clean, friendly and peaceful, located in Wimbledon Chase with lots of green spaces as well as shops, gyms, cinemas, theatre and great transport to central London. It has 3 loos, 2 bathrooms (you would share with 1 other), 3 beds, garden and conservatory. Would suit a single, professional or student who is looking for a safe, friendly home. Ideal for someone who enjoys their own space and is up for a chat and cuppa in the kitchen or a box-set, glass of wine or evening/day out. You must like cats as there are 3 of them (who are very friendly). They live in the conservatory so won't be in your room or wandering about the house.. Would be great if you are willing to occasionally take care of them while I'm away. No couples, smokers or vapers please.

The room is a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk and storage. It's got 3 big windows overlooking the street below.

SW trains, Thames Link, District and Northern lines are all close by.
