The house is clean, friendly and peaceful, located in Wimbledon Chase with lots of green spaces around as well as shops, cinemas, theatre and great transport to central London. It has 3 loos, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds, garden and conservatory. Would suit a single, professional or student who is looking for a safe, friendly home. Ideal for someone who enjoys their own space and is up for an occasional chat, cuppa, box-set, glass of wine or evening/day out. You must like cats as there are 3 of them (who are very friendly). They live in the conservatory so won't be in your room or wandering about the house.. Would be great if you are willing to occasionally take care of them while I'm away. No smokers or vapers please.

The room is a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk and storage. It's got 3 big windows overlooking the street below.

Easy access to SW trains, Thames Link, District and Northern lines. Lots of green spaces to explore. 5 mins walk to David Lloyd gym; 20 mins walk to Wimbledon Common. Shops and restaurants close by.

I work in a school and the other lodger is a student at UCL. The cats are friendly and well behaved who remain downstairs. Please call or message for more info.
