Lovely furnished single room available in a modern first floor flat. The flat is in a quiet location, set back from the residential street and has its own communal gardens. The bedroom for rent is furnished with a good quality single bed, chest of drawers, desk and a large wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom, share the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Rent includes all bills, a cleaner once a week (who cleans the whole flat) and wireless broadband. There is currently one female living in the flat and she keeps it very clean and tidy.
