We have a bright single room available from 13th July 2024 in our bright, homely and easy going non-smoker house share in the Wimbledon Chase/ Raynes Park area!

We are looking for a friendly, considerate professional male to share our home a 15 min walk from Wimbledon town centre.

About the Flat
A first floor three-bedroom conversion flat comprising a good-sized lounge with a large flat screen TV (Sky + Streaming), kitchen-diner and outdoor space (balcony and small garden). Permit parking is available. The property is in council tax band C.

About the Room
A light single bedroom with a double bed, built-in storage space and big chest of drawers. The rent is £475 pcm, with a one-off deposit of £542. Bills are not included and come to approx. £150 per month.

Transport
The flat is close to Wimbledon Chase (2 min walk) and Raynes Park (10 min walk) rail stations, and a short bus ride to Wimbledon and South Wimbledon tube stations. There is a bus stop right outside the flat, serving bus lines 163, 152 and K5. A bus stop serving the 57, N87 and 131 lines is also close by.

A Tesco Metro and Co-op supermarket are just around the corner, with more shopping options available in Wimbledon and Raynes Park.
Local gym options include David Lloyd, Virgin Active as well as an Anytime Fitness.

About the Current Housemates
Two female professional housemates (aged 30 and 35).
We are a friendly house and enjoy hanging out together, but also have independent lives and a variety of different interests. We are clean and considerate and are looking for someone similar to come live with us.
