I’m 48, a professional accountant and tax consultant, and a cat owner. I work from home quite a bit, but make sure to balance my sedentary role with plenty of outdoor and wellness activities such as yoga, Pilates, walking, and cycling. I also enjoy socialising and catching up with friends.
I’m respectful, considerate, clean, and easy to live with. I appreciate friendly company but am also content spending quiet time on my own with a good book or working on my laptop. I’m generally a calm and quiet person, so I wouldn’t be comfortable living with someone who frequently parties or brings that atmosphere home.
I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate—male or female—who shares a similar respectful approach to living and ideally doesn’t work from home for a substantial amount of time.

Very warm in winter.
Clean and tidy condition (fully refurbished recently)
Lots of storage rooms.
Modern kitchen with large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher

It is very cozy, double room.
There is new double bed, large wardrobe, desk

Large reception room, with large dining table, digital TV, bright and sunny
Bathroom with bath tub, power shower
Good size balcony (flat is on the first floor)
