Considerate Person Wanted to Share Our Home

I am an Airbnb host living together with my husband and adult daughter. I have a great double room with amazing views available for a pleasant, quiet, considerate person. Even though I have one other guest room the house is usually peaceful and relaxing. You would share a bathroom with 1 other room and we have our own bathroom. There’s no access to the rest of the house except for the kitchen for a limited time during evenings only, where access is available for the microwave and fridge to prepare light meals only.. This accommodation is much more suited to someone who doesn’t want to cook much. The room contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and lamp plus tv aerial. A kettle plus tea, coffee and milk are provided in the room. All bed linen, towels, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel are provided free of charge also. All bills are included and there is 24/7 WiFi. There are many nice cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, library, Morden underground, buses and trams just a 10 minute walk away. Wimbledon is a 22 minute walk walk. Parking is available Monday to Friday between 4pm to 10am and anytime on the weekend. The area is very quiet, leafy and has a variety of parks nearby including tennis courts, gyms and swimming pool. The Northern line will get you into central London within 35 minutes and tubes go on average every 2 mins with a 24 hour service on Friday and Saturday
