**We are the current occupants of this room, looking for a couple to take on the remaining 11 months of our lease from 4th December 2019 (lease until 4th November 2020, potential to extend).**

We are looking for a couple to move into the large double en suite (over bath shower) in our lovely Wimbledon flat. We’re looking for clean, tidy, friendly people who are looking for a comfortable flat to make their home.

The flat is a 3 bedroom, ground floor flat with patio doors opening onto a garden. We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight to clean communal areas and bathrooms, and the flat has a gardener who maintains the garden. The 57 and 131 buses stop nearby and Wimbledon and Raynes Park stations are about a 12 min walk away. There is plenty of permit parking on residential close outside - permits work out at roughly £90 a year.

About the flat mates: “We are two girls (one British mid-twenties, one South African mid-thirties) – both friendly and fairly quiet, working full time in professional jobs. We like to relax at home and spend time in the big, spacious living area, but also have our own lives out and about. We’re respectful of each other’s space and privacy. The flat is a "home" (not a party house share). We’re looking for likeminded people who are in full time work (no students), and who have visas/ passports to reside in the UK long term.”

Rent and bills per month
Rent £783pm + bills (about £200pm for two people).
Bills include TV package, broadband, phone line, electricity and gas, water, council tax, TV licence and cleaner.
