The Flat
I’ve owned the flat since 2019, everything was renovated back then . Theres a shared living room and kitchen which are both of generous size. The living room opens up onto a private patio which catches the evening sun, there is also a large communal garden to the rear of the property which is great for BBQs and lounging in the sun in the summer. There is communal parking on premises on a first come first serve basis. A permit to park on local streets is around £120 for the year for which there is plenty within throwing distance.

The Room
Spacious double room which comes with a double bed and mattress along with a large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and large bed side table. You will have your own bathroom and toilet, in addition there is a cupboard in the hallway I can clear should you need more storage.

The Location
Located on Worple Road around a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon Mainline, District line, Tram & City Thames Link trains. The Northern line is just a short 5-10 minute bus ride away as well. Wimbledon common is within 10 minutes walk which great for walks, running. cycling and general park fun!

The Flat mate
Is me :) I'm 32 and work in the city as a Clinic Director I'm a relaxed individual to live with and enjoy being active by playing sport, cycling and going to the gym as well being lazy and watching films with a takeaway. I like to go out for dinners and have friends round for a couple of drinks and a film time to time so feel free to do the same.

You
I enjoy my own company as much as the company of others so i'm looking for someone like minded who is clean and tidy who is quite happy doing their own thing whilst at the same time would fancy going out for a bite to eat or a drink if both in the mood.
