A lovely double room in Wimbledon bills included

I have a bright, sunny double room to rent to a female in my split level, 3 bedroom maisonnette which is on Kingston Road, Wimbledon.

The property has 3 bedrooms, an open plan reception and kitchen and large bathroom.

Wimbledon and South Wimbledon Stations are only a 10 minute walk and there is a bus stop directly outside the house. There is also pay and display/residents permit on street parking.

We are two professional females and work long hours so the house is fairly calm and quiet, unfortunately a party animal wouldn't fit in.

We are very friendly and are looking for a single female who is like minded, in full time employment (not working from home) and is respectful of others.

The room is the quietest room in the house as it's at the back of the property.
The rent is £825 per calendar month which includes all of the utility bills plus fibre optic broadband and the deposit is £825. I am open to a slight reduction in the rent for the right tenant and a quick move in.

The room is offered furnished with a double bed (with new mattress), 2 bedside cabinets, 2 large built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The room is for sole occupancy, sorry no couples.
