Choice of large double or very large ensuite room

Wimbledon SW19 Choice of large double OR vey large ensuite room available from 14 March.2026. I will only be letting one of these rooms.

The Double room faces onto the back garden. It has has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a small chest of drawers. It measures 12ft x11 ft and has wooden floors and double glazing.

The ensuite room is the whole width of the house. It is massive.
It has 2 radiators, grey wooden floors, a double bed, matching wardrobe and chest of drawers and newly decorated, Easily fit table and chairs too.

The house is 5-7 mins walk to central Wimbledon with the district line tube, trains and trams,

The house is very close to the new Waitrose.
There are 2 reception rooms, an eat-in kitchen and a beautiful quiet back garden. Wooden floors throughout. Kept lovely and clean.
