The property is ideally located in a safe, relaxed and smart residential neighbourhood 5 minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube station (northern line). It has a large 25 ft roof terrace, bathroom, kitchen area, living room and it's close to Wimbledon, Balham and Tooting. Occupants are social and easy going.

The room is available at £600 per month. This includes all bills except fuel (gas and electric) which I understand is about £40 per month per person. The room is not available to couples. The property is safe, secure and fun.
