Double room in Wimbledon with en-suite bathroom

Hello. We are a non-smoker, working couple living in Wimbledon. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so the person will have their private bathroom/wc. The room offers a nice back garden view, has double bed, a good size wardrobe, a bedside table, mini desk, bookcase and two seater sofa. Kitchen and the living room are shared. The flat has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a thumble drier, and a balcony. It is 15 minutes each to the Wimbledon train station and to the Raynes Park train station on foot. The buses 57 and 131 pass in front of the flat. We are looking for a friendly, clean and non-smoker flat mate and lookimg forward to your messages.
