Very Large single room for rent in a great house Wimbledon which is a 5 minute walk from the station (District line, South Western trains to Waterloo and First Capital Connect). Room is for one person only.

There is a share of bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances on each floor of the house. Currently there are two other people living on the floor.

Water rates, council and broadband are included. Other bills (Gas and Electric) are not included and will have to be paid for separately on a monthly basis.

No pets and no smokers please.
