A beautiful large double in a lovely airy 3 bed flat in Wimbledon, available mid December.

The room itself is spacious and bright with a double bed, huge built in wardrobe and separate chest of drawers and faces the back of the flat. There is more than enough space for a desk should you be WFH. It is much bigger and brighter in person!

Our flat is lovely and airy with skylights throughout and is just off the main road so is nice and quiet. We have a great modern kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher and all appliances already available, a large social lounge with a big TV and dining table, bathroom with lots of storage as well as another separate toilet and a cosy patio out the back (although it does need some TLC!).

The rent is £610 a month excluding bills.

We are located right next to Haydons Road with great transport links nearby: thameslink Haydons road Railway station 3 mins away (connects to central London in 20 and Wimbledon mainline in 2), and various bus routes between Wimbledon, Tooting, Clapham etc. We are under 15 mins walk from Wimbledon station (District line) and around 20 mins to Colliers Wood (Northern line - 24hr weekend).

We have a Coop just around the corner and are about a ten min walk from a big lidl. There is also a lovely local coffee shop and lots of take away options on Haydons road with a nice community feel.

You will be sharing with two very chilled female professionals in their mid 20s working in education and healthcare. We are very considerate housemates who keep the flat tidy and respect each others space but are also happy to chill out together in the evenings.
