Double en-suite room in a female flatshare!

Hi there!

The four of us are looking for a flatmate to join us in our lovely home in Wimbledon!

13 min to Wimbledon station
15 min to South Wimbledon station
2 min to a beautiful botanical park
Tons of restaurants, shops, gyms, a cinema, a theatre only 10 mins away!

We have a spare double en-suite room for £ 690 pm including council tax, excluding utility bills. Utility bills are averaging around £30 each month.

The room comes furnished, although some of the furniture you see in the pictures/video belongs to the current tenant and these items will leave the room before you move in. However, nothing to worry about at all as the room comes with all the main furniture: wardrobe, bed, side table, chest of drawers. The room will also be more spacious as some of the items will go :)

When you move in, the common kitchen will be shared between 4 of us.

We also have a garden to spend time in the nice summer weather & a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime to spend the cosy evenings inside!

The housemates are sociable and enjoy occasional shared meals, wine or gin and stories. However, we always respect each other’s privacy. We also like to think of ourselves as a family, considering we are all so far from our own.

We also have one more family member - a cat named Dot who mostly stays in her room, does not leave any hair around and is super super cute! 🐱

We put in a lot of effort into making this place a home, so we are looking for a person who likes to keep the place clean and tidy.
