Looking for two friendly considerate and social housemates to move in from the 20th April

The first room is a spacious double with a view of the communal garden and an ideal wfh space.

The second room is a cosy double with space for wardrobe and chest of drawers, or wfh space if needed.

The flat is light and open and kept to a clean standard, so the ideal flatemates are people with similar levels of cleanliness. The kitchen is spacious so cooking at the same time isn't an issue, and there is a large living dining area to relax in. The bathroom is shared between two (as third room has en-suite). The flat also has lockable storage on the ground floor for bikes etc.

The flat located on the 2nd (top) floor of a block of purpose built flats situated 10 minutes walk from both Wimbledon and Wimbledon Park stations. There are plenty of shops and amenities locally, with Wimbledon town and village being in walking distance. Food shop wise there is a Sainsburys and a Waitrose less than 10 mins walk away.

The rent for the first room is £726 per month and the ssecond room is £682 with bills roughly coming to £160 each.

About the current flatmate:

Rosie works as a sign language interpreter and enjoys keeping fit, baking and being outdoors.

The flatmates leaving have been in the flat for the last 5 years and are now moving on to a new chapter. Looking for new flatmates who are social and enjoy kitchen chats and the occasional evening in/out together, however also have their own lives
