Spacious double room near Wimbledon station

I'm looking for a friendly and considerate lodger to share my bright and spacious flat with me. A former teacher, I'm in the middle of retraining and am currently working hybrid. I'm used to sharing, and value a relaxed and mutually respectful environment. While occasional guests are welcome, the room is for single occupancy. I do most of my socialising outside the flat and am looking for someone similar.

If you're looking for a comfortable place in the heart of Wimbledon this could be the place for you. It's a 5-minute walk from Wimbledon station (overground trains to Waterloo in 16 mins / District Line / tramline) and excellent town-centre shops. Sainsbury's is a 2-minute walk away, and there are many gyms nearby. Wimbledon village and Wimbledon common are a 10-minute walk away. South Wimbledon tube (Northern Line) is just over a mile away.

The flat's on the first floor and has a spacious lounge/diner, a modern kitchen and an airy bathroom. There's also a small room where you can dry laundry. There's residents' parking (permit available from the council) on the side road and space to store bikes in the backyard.

The room is a light and spacious double with two windows. It has a double bed and lots of storage: a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers, bookcase and bedside chest.

All bills are included and there is wireless broadband.

As a woman, I'd feel more comfortable sharing with a female and I'm afraid the room isn't available to couples or those who need to wfh full time.
