Double bedroom in a friendly house

This is the home of 3 other professional women, aged between 25-32.

I am moving out of this great home after 5 years as I am moving abroad for a new job in August.

The room is a small double room downstairs, with a big double bed, a chest of draws, bedside draws, desk and two wardrobes all included.

The house has:
*Large kitchen and joint dining area
*Good sized living room with TV and Netflix
* x2 bathrooms - Toilet and shower combo downstairs and toilet bath/shower up stairs
*Great sized backyard perfect for summer BBQ's and sunbathing as it catches the sun all day long.
BILLS are approximately £90m p/m.

The house is located on a residential road within 2 minutes walk of a park. It's 15 minutes walk to Wimbledon train and tube station, 5 minutes to a tram stop and approx. 15-20 minutes walk to Wimbledon Common.

The 3 women living here are all professionals who work mostly Monday-Fridays and volunteer on the weekends. Everyone loves their own privacy and alone time just as much as they do sitting down to watch TV together and going out for brunch. We frequently have film nights as well as Sunday roasts and BBQs weather dependent.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make friends with their housemates and not just use the house as a place to sleep. We all pitch in to keep the house clean so that we can all enjoy the communal spaces.

All are very respectful of the Covid restriction rules, so it's important you are as well. Our fortnightly cleaning service is on hold at the moment due to this.
