Professional person required for large double room with balcony and en-suite on top floor of luxury 4 storey townhouse in gated private mews development on the edge of Wimbledon Common and a short walk to Wimbledon village. We are a friendly family consisting of two young adults (student and working) and me their mum (also working). Furniture includes king size hugely comfortable bed, built in wardrobes and storage space, 4 drawer cabinet, two bed side lamps and bedside tables, exceptionally comfortable armchair, large desk and office chair, access to wifi, en suite shower room and toilet, underfloor central heating and carpeted throughout. Private Balcony with bistro table and two chairs. Access to kitchen, secluded landscaped garden and two really comfy lounge areas each with tv’s including Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime. The house is big enough that we are rarely in the same room at the same time! Garage to store a bike and parking space.

Wimbledon village shops are a 5 minute walk away as is Wimbledon Common. Beautiful area to live in. Equidistant between Wimbledon mainline station and district and circle line tube and Raynes Park stations. Regular bus service and access to A3. 0.8 miles to Raynes park and 1 mile to Wimbledon Station. David Lloyd Raynes Park 15 minute walk, Virgin active Worple Road a 10 minute walk. Wimbledon cinemas and shops a 10 minute walk. Lots of great bars and restaurants a stones throw away. DBS check required. May suit teacher/business person or medical professional as near St George’s Hospital, Kingston Hospital. Queen Mary in Roehampton and St Helier Hospital. Council tax band H.
