Room in high spec semi-detached familie house (2 Adults- 2 children )in small and secure gated secured development, resident access only
It is a beautiful warm environment and perfectly suited for a discreet/quiet female student/professional looking for a safe and welcoming environment in London with easy and efficient access into the centre. You will have access to the kitchen and garden in addition to your room.
We are a family of 2 friendly parents and 2 lovely boys and a dog and all very welcoming and social.

The room is modern and bright. It has a double bed and a wardrobe. You have access to your own private, modern bathroom . Bills (electric, water, gas, council tax, high speed internet) included

Transportation:
Excellent public transport links into Central London .
2 min walk from Wimbledon Chase station
10 min walk to Raynes Park station (with frequent trains taking 15 min into Waterloo)
District and Northern Line tube 15min walk or 5 min by bus or train.
Nearby bus lines are at less than 1 min walk are 164, 163, 152.

Monthly rental:
Rent payable on first day of month and there is a one month security deposit required to move in.

We request our lodgers the following:
- Cleanliness and consideration for everyone else living in the house and the neighbours
- No strangers coming into the house.
- No pork in the house due to allergy reasons

You have access to our lovely sunny garden which is excellent for relaxation..
