A very nice large single room in a quiet and safe area in Wimbledon is now available for a professional female.
The room has a positive vibe where you can relax after a long day at work.

The house is clean, tidy, organised and mostly quiet.

Room comes with:
Bed, Mattress, Mattress protector, desk, desk lamp, chair, mirror, 2 wardrobes, bin & small iron.

The house is:
- close to Wimbledon train station, South Wimbledon tube station, tram & buses. (10 minutes walking)
- Close to Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury's, park, tennis playground and gym.
- All bills included gas, water, electricity, council tax and broadband.

You will be sharing with a couple and 1 female (Ages: 28, 33 & 49 years old) who are vaccinated, friendly and professional.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy & very very clean person to join us.
Non-smokers & vapers are welcome.
First & last month rent is £600 each..
No deposit.
Not suitable for cyclist as no space for bicycles.
Parking available for extra.
