I’m sadly leaving London and moving to the new destination, so I’m looking for someone moving in to my room. It’s a cosy and furnished room in a two bedrooms, ground floor flat with a lovely garden. It situated in the heart of Wimbledon.

A super convenient location for any working professional and student with great transport links to central London. 3-5 mins to Wimbledon railway and tube station, 1-3mins walk to several bus stops and 10-15mins walks to Wimbledon village and south Wimbledon.

Only 3mins walk to local and branch restaurants and high street but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Also with Morrison, waitrose, M & S, Tesco Sainsbury for grocery shopping.
Eager to green space ? 15-20 mins walk to Wimbledon and putney common.

There is a living room look out onto the beautiful garden. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher, etc. got own bathroom (with a bathtub) which is only for you. Occasionally share with guests (barely one or two times a year).

Looking for a friendly sociable person. The current roommate are respectful of other’s privacy.

The rent will be £720 including bills one thing just need to add cleaning fee for £20.
Deposit is £712.

Room is available from 22th February 2022( with flexibility).
