Lovely double room with large built in wardrobe and bathroom shared with 1 other. Close to Raynes Park station in quiet culdesac, 3 storey 4 bed house with large living space / dining room work space, balcony, enclosed rear garden, garage, drive way.
- current tenants single female 35 (recruiter who works part at home / part in the city) + 15 year old son who are both avid gym goers, also into music, festivals, relaxing, it’s a chilled house and we are out a lot! Son likes Xbox / we both like Netflix in the evening sometimes the middle floor of the house is large L shape living room / dining room and kitchen, son on bottom floor and the other bedrooms are top floor. Bathroom shared with son (I have en-suite)
- garage can be used for storage. There’s a driveway I park on but other parking close by / we can double park
- must like cats!
